Fixed fee repairs @ £85.00+v.a.t for A4/A3 Kyocera Mono and Kyocera colour copiers inclusive of travel time all engineer time on site, diagnosis and servicing the only additional charge you could incur should a part be required this will be advised and a fixed quotation given we then proceed to fit the item only once we have received your authorisation.
A0/A2 plan copiers
On site engineer diagnosis and servicing to Kyocera Mita A0 plan copier / printers £90.00+vat call out then £45.00+vat per hour.
Print & Scan
Network printing or scan issues or assistance installing print drivers on your PC or Mac ? we offer fixed fee repairs On site £90.00+vat or we check your settings via the internet with a remote connection for a fixed fee of £45.00+vat

Relax we can take care of it
At Copylogic we give customers peace of mind by giving a fixed cost for the repair. All our engineers' time is included in the fixed fee whether it be traveling/on site or if we have to return to fit a part ordered. The only charge above our fixed fee is for parts should they be deemed necessary and you give us your consent. Should the same fault re-occur within thirty days we will revisit at no extra charge.
