Copylogic can connect to your desktop pc or server now! As you watch we diagnose then resolve scan & print related issues, demonstrate how to update scanner default settings or modify the address book held on the MFP/ Scanner to reflect your current personnel, remotely we can determine if the issue is pc / server or network related in some cases the error can be generated by the laser printer / MFP. This service is free to new customers for the first 30 days & to contracted customers who have requested the connectivity support option as part of their service / maintenance plan. This option is a major benefit to clients who do not have internal or outsourced IT support but require instant on demand support.
On-demand support & incident resolution of PCs and print servers, the client initiates and terminates remote access - no pre-install of software required. Connectivity support is available to all clients @ £15.00 per month or you may wish to proceed on a charge per incident basis. LogMeIn Rescue sessions are initiated through a web-based Support Channel, either by end users or as directed by support personnel, at which point a small applet is downloaded to their system that enables temporary remote access – only if the client explicitly grant permission to Copylogic support personnel (through a Chat session) to do so. The client terminates the session, at which point no further support access is possible until the client initiates a new support request by entering a new 6 digit pin code. |
