The 300i Taskalfa Kyocera multi functional device (mfd) allows users to print across your network or photocopy in mono colour, while allowing colour scanning to folders on your pc or network, alternatively scanned documents can be delivered directly from the mfd to the inbox of your email account. With a large touch screen display users quickly make full use of this mfd's  ample functions. Two sided output of prints, copies and scans is standard on the Kyocera Taskalfa 300i
The two built in paper trays, each capable of holding a ream of paper (500 sheets) A5 up to A3 in size the 200 sheet multipurpose tray is for card, envelopes or Transparencies. Two additional 500 sheet paper trays are optional for this mfd, to hold perhaps your letterhead or pre printed forms.  Lastly the Taskalfa 300i can have a auto original feeder attached, this prevents users from having to lift the lid to place their original document on the glass to be copied its capacity is up to 75 originals.
